Here is a sample 10 hour timeline (with a second photographer) to help show what is possible in terms of coverage. Decide the events that are important to 'you' and work from there. Every couple's timeline is different depending on what images are important to them.

Colette arrives at the getting ready location to capture your details, florals, wedding dress. Plus general getting ready vibe.

Capture the finishing touches to your hair and makeup. This is documented naturally but I will wait until your makeup artist confirms you are ready.

Whether you are handing out gifts, popping champagne we can build a few minutes into your timeline to capture you with bridal party before getting dressed.

12:15 pm
Make sure whomever is helping you into your dress is already dressed. This helps the images look more polished and editorial.

Not everyone wants editorial images in the bridal suite but if you do we can capture some prior to you heading of to the first look or ceremony.

If you chose to have a second photographer this is when a mixture of portraits and candid photos will be captured. The groom and his groomsmen often get dressed and then head to the bar for pre-ceremony drink.

More couples are having a first look. This typically happens in the grounds of the venue. It is captured naturally and often the couple read a love letter to each other.

Once your portraits are complete I will head off to the ceremony site to photograph your guests arriving. I will also introduce myself to the Vicar/Priest/Registrar at this point and establish where they would like me to stand.

If you have chosen a second photographer, they will be with you at this point as you and your bridal party make your way to the ceremony site. This provides lovely last minute moments of anticipation.

Your ceremony coverage purely depends on where you are getting married and the restrictions in place. We can discuss this during our pre-wedding meeting.

14:00 pm
The confetti shower often happens as you walk down the aisle at outdoor ceremonies. For an indoor ceremony your co-ordinator will escort your guests outside to a suitable area. Bubbles, rice or dry flower petals are used.

Time for you to mingle with guests and enjoy a cocktail or two.

Time for a few portraits around the grounds of the venue. Time for you to have a small walk and be together to reflect on the ceremony.
MR & MRS portraits

These images need not be the ones everybody dreads. If we are organised before your wedding day, it's a piece of cake! Decide on a maximum of 10 groups.

This is the time where any additional events may be held, such as magicians, tea ceremony etc.

When I am photographing guests your second photographer will capture a few images of your wedding breakfast tablescapes before your guests sit down.

I will capture your grand entrance to your wedding breakfast. If your speeches are before you dine I will stay to capture these. This part of the day varies with every wedding and the coverage you desire.

I try not to move around too much during the speeches as it is disrespectful to your guests. Please let me know if there are any surprises planned. Tears, joy and laughter will be captured here.
SPEECHES & TOASTS

The cake cutting either happens after the meal or some couples cut it just before the first dance when their evening guests are present.

We will capture some authentic, romantic portraits that feel comfortable for you as a couple. Here I give gentile direction to ensure the light is captured perfectly.

To reserve your wedding date, I'll need a completed booking form, contract and a £500 booking deposit. If you don’t have a booking form, just let me know and I’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 1 month before the wedding.
Galleries typically include anywhere between 400 and 1000 photos, depending on your coverage and events. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on Instagram and Facebook.
I am devoted to photography a craft I have mastered with over 10 years of capturing weddings. However I can introduce you to videographers that will align with your vision.
My travel fees are included for UK weddings, this typically includes a hotel to ensure I am well rested and close to your venue to avoid any stressful situations on the morning of your wedding. Extra travel fees are calculated for destination weddings.
